When Sexual Harassment Feels Like Prostitution

This was my first book written in the fall of 2009.  Realizing I was tired of just being the victim, I had decided to do something about it.  Sexual harassment on the job has a long list of victims and some are like me, who are hurting and are frustrated.  Yesterday, I had decided to just be hurt and frustrated was not good enough.  My voice and your voice needed to be heard.  When Sexual Harassment Feels Like Prostitution says everything we cannot say to our manager and our supervisor.

Writing this book brought up a lot of emotions; anxiety, frustration, and being fed up.  I knew I had to do something.  My victim's voice needed to be heard.  Sexual harassment is not fair.  Working in a hostile environment gets to be too much, because the subordinate employee’s value, talents, and identity are only to be the boss’ acquisition for sex play.  Yes, that is what aggressive sexual harassment communicates, our self-worth is zero and the boss’ sex need is the only thing that is important in life.

• I had laughed while writing this book.  I had felt empowered again by writing this book.

• I have an equal voice in this world, but that voice had been silenced for years to just sit back and just take sexual harassment abuses on the job.  I had decided I needed to speak up for me and be heard.

• I decided you needed to be heard.  I see a brighter future and I want the same for you.

The more corporate America's dirty little secret is made public, the managers and the supervisors will have to handle ALL employees with respect and professionalism.
