Sexual harassment kept showing up at work for over a decade. On one incident of sexual harassment, I got a small severance before I had to exit. Sexual harassment was a war waged against my long term financial survival. Everything is a secret, the sexual harassment, the pain, and the anxiety.
Fear and frustration should not be a feeling on the job, because of sexual harassment, but I had these feelings too many times.
Do I feel better today? Yes, I feel better and not because of any lawsuit.
